We returned to IQ shutters because our first experience four years ago was fantastic with custom supply and installation of a house full of new plantation shutters and blinds. Their products did not disappoint. They were better than anticipated which was fabulous. I received great communication from management when we had a small issue with our recent custom outdoor blinds. Jules listened to what we wanted & didn’t railroad us into decisions. Also the fitters were polite, friendly & cleaned up after themselves. We got five quotes for plantation shutters and listened to all the sales pitches. iQ were not the cheapest but not the most expensive either. The fact that there is no ugly surround won us over. From the moment we met Jules she convinced us that we were on the right track. All the dealings were professional and timely. We were kept up to date regularly. The delivery time was on time and nowhere near as long as other company’s. The fit out was done today by Reece. What a lovely man. Very respectful and considerate. The shutters look wonderful and are definitely a quality product. We are more than happy and cannot recommend iQ highly enough. Do yourself a favour, buy quality. Made in Australia. Yeah!
